Calculating your activity level
To calculate your activity level, select the the type of job you have from the table below. Your answer will give you a score of 1 to 5. Then pick an option from the exercise level table. Again, your answer will give you a score of 1 to 5. Add your two scores together to get your activity level.
For example, a person with a sedentary job, who does 2 to 3 hours of exercise per week, will have an activity level of 5, slightly active. This is what you need to pick when using the YBP calorie and macro calculator.
